About Me

Being mom to six natural born babies, I know how important support is during labor. I believe every woman should have support and encouragement to have a drug-free empowering birth. I have over 25 years of pregnancy, childbirth and breast feeding experience. I am a certified doula through (CBI) and also trained through (DONA).

I also have experience in high risk planned cesareans, twins, teen pregnancy, VBAC's and moms with depression and anxiety.
